Geraldo was at again after the BET Awards, and this time he named named. But instead of going after some trap rapper, he set his sights on Kendrick Lamar.
Speaking on The Five, Geraldo criticized K.Dot’s BET performance of his track ‘Alright’, which featured two vandalized cop cars and a large American flag.
“This is why I say that Hip Hop has done more damage to young African Americans than racism in recent years,” Geraldo said on The Five. “This is exactly the wrong message.”
The 71-year old also called out the ‘Alright’ lyrics “We hate po-po / Wanna kill us dead in the street for sure” as counterproductive.
